KingSung Academy Course begins!

The 3rd TriMed orthopaedic products technology training course held in Tianjin by KingSung Academy on Dec.14-15th .2019 was successfully completed. It lasted two days. Sales staff and distributors from all around the country gathered together to learn and interact. Although time was short, they still gained a lot.

On the first day (14th) of the training session, Ms. Dai Danting, director of the Orthopedics division, gave a passionate lecture. From product portfolio to strategic planning to market activities, Ms. Dai introduced the major sections of the “Orthopedics Division 2020 Planning” one by one. The partners in the orthopedics department were full of confidence in the work and performance in 2020.

Operations vice president Mr Xue Ligang and Jiang Lin, the training manager introduced KingSung Medical group and Chuang Mei De Medical Device (TianJin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CMD) to the participants and lead the students to visit the production area, strengthening their understanding of CMD and showed the solid strength and core competitiveness. The students were amazed that CMD had such advanced equipment and had a deep understanding of the production process and technology of bone plate and screws. Elaborate technology created high-quality products!

Later, product manager Mr. Yang Fan introduced the basic knowledge of orthopedics to the trainees, so that everyone had a whole and macroscopic understanding of orthopedics, and explained the characteristics and fixing principles of different implants in detail. For TriMed products, Mr. Yang Fan and Mr. Zou Xiaoliang, a senior sales representative, introduced each device and its operation method, and taught them from the beginning to the end.

If you want to be good at work, you must first sharpen it! At the beginning of the practical course, three instructors Zou Xiaoliang, Xu Rubin and Liu Huifang demonstrated the TriMed products (wrist, elbow, ankle) on the spot. The students carefully identified the differences between each model and grouped them for practical exercises. These three instructors took turns to guide, answer questions for students, and the atmosphere was full of passion.

The second day of the training session (15th) led by Mr. Yang Fan, helped the students to review the product knowledge of the first day, and then conducted hands-on training to consolidate memories and linked the knowledge together.

In addition to the written exam, the assessment also included a practical evaluation including on the wrist, elbow, ankle, and forearm. The students were required to practice while explaining. Then the lecturers gave a score.

The first, second, and third prizes were finally selected in the assessment. Congratulations to the winners.

Through the two-day training, the trainees handed in satisfactory answers. All obtained a certificate of completion, and graduated successfully! In this regard, the "Third TriMed Orthopaedic Product Technology Training Course" was successfully concluded!
