On December 20, 2019, Shanghai, which has a strong winter feeling, ushered in another grand event of the Chinese Stomatological Association-that is, the “First Academic Annual Meeting of Chinese Stomatological Association Oral and Maxillofacial-Head and Neck Tumors Professional Committee ". This conference is the first academic conference held by the special committee since its establishment in Shanghai on May 11, 2019. Nearly a thousand experts and scholars from the field of oral and maxillofacial and head and neck tumors at home and abroad participated in the conference to jointly celebrate the found of professional committee and to share academic communication.

On the first day of the conference (in the evening of the 20th ), under the host of Professor Zhang Chenping, the chairman of the professional committee, the 3rd  Standing Committee of the Oral Maxillofacial-Head and Neck Tumors Professional Committee of the Chinese Stomatological Association was successfully held. It is hoped that the establishment of the professional committee would push the academic field of oral and maxillofacial-head and neck tumors to a new height. 

The conference had a main venue, 6 branch venues, and about 100 academic reports, covering oncology surgery, salivary gland disease, vascular disease, oncology and repair and reconstruction. Among them, the branch venue of oral cancer surgical sessions was crowded and filled with seats, reflecting the high academic enthusiasm of the participating experts.

In 2014, KingSung Medical took the lead in focusing on the cross-disciplinary development trend of oral and maxillofacial-head and neck tumor repair and reconstruction. In the same year, the "First Oral and Maxillofacial-Head and Neck Tumor Repair and Reconstruction Summit Forum" was held that year. So far, the "Peak Forum" has successfully continued for six sessions, which leaded new ideas and new forms of academic exchange in the field of oral and maxillofacial and head and neck tumor surgery. After discussion, the 2020 "Seventh Oral and Maxillofacial-Head and Neck Tumor Repair and Reconstruction peak Forum" would be held in Fuzhou on March 28, and would be chaired by Professor Zhang Chenping and Professor Cai Zhigang, and Professor Lin Lisong as Executive Chairman.
